Programa LIFE
The LIFE program is the EU's financial instrument and supports action projects for the conservation of nature and the environmental climate throughout the EU. Since 1992, the program has evolved to the current call, called LIFE + 2014-2020, which is part of the LIFE BIOSEVILLE project, within the environmental subprogram, in the line of environmental governance and information.
The projects financed by LIFE + "represent a vital contribution to the preservation, conservation and improvement of Europe's natural capital, in addition to contributing to sustainable growth through investments in a low-carbon, efficient economy in the use of resources.", In extracted textual words of the LIFE Program website.
Below we highlight those projects approved in the same LIFE BIOSEVILLE call, which pursue similar objectives, and with which we collaborate:

Lifevalporc is a project dedicated to the valuation of livestock waste, through its transformation into biofuels and organic fertilizers.
The current management of the by-products generated by the pig sector constitutes a serious environmental problem, since it is not known exactly what to do with these (currently the trend is moving towards incineration). Lifevalporc intends to integrate different technologies for the conversion of livestock waste into biofuels and fertilizers, in order to demonstrate the sustainability and viability of these alternative treatments.
